All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM CET are processed the next business day.
All orders ship in discreet, unbranded packaging. Temperature-sensitive products include cold-chain packaging at no extra cost.
If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, or is seized and not released, we will reship your order once at our cost. Contact support@peptidelabs.com with your order number and we will handle it — you will never be left without a resolution.
