How do I place an order?
Browse the catalog, select your compounds and vial sizes, add them to the cart and proceed to checkout. You must confirm the research-use acknowledgment before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Card checkout with standard buyer protection is a deliberate part of how we operate.
Are your products tested?
Every batch undergoes third-party HPLC purity verification and mass-spectrometry identity confirmation. The certificate of analysis for your batch is linked on each product page — see also our Lab Testing page.
What solvent should be used for reconstitution?
Bacteriostatic water is the standard laboratory solvent for lyophilized research peptides. Our reconstitution calculator handles the concentration math.
How should compounds be stored?
Lyophilized vials: refrigerated 2–8°C, or −20°C for long-term storage. Reconstituted vials: refrigerated and used within 30 days. Full guidance is in our research guides.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries worldwide. Temperature-sensitive compounds ship with cold-chain packaging at no extra cost.
What is your return policy?
Unopened products can be returned within 10 days — see the Refund & Returns Policy.
